Description

doot doot doot..
Transferring known combos and new combos into a little sketch note for easier and preserved referencing instead of on an old single sheet of paper.

The stupidity of this coloring style, is I color everything almost 3 times. :T

Not bad considering what your going to find out about Prismacolors...and other color pencils.

I have used Prismacolors and Rosearts since 1996...even before that. And now I use a whopping array of Color Pencils.
Koh-hi-Nor Woodless
Staedtler Tricolor
Roseart
Crayola
Prismacolor: Premier
Prismacolor: Verithin
Prismacolor: Scholars
Okidos
Correl-Lowe
Bruynzel: Designers
Generals
Caran d'Ache: Pablo
Caran d'Ache: Luminare 6901
Caran d'Ache: Supracolor II
Derwents: Artist
Faber-Castell: Polychromatic

Each one of these pencil types and manufacture is different and will react adversely or conjunction with one another. Prismacolors and Luminares do very well together. Okidos and Correll-Lowe are incredible by themselves. Others mix well with other mediums (ink, marker, paint, etc.) or can be altered using chemicals (hydrogen peroxide, bleach, rubbing alcohol, alcohol, etc.) to different effects.

Have you tried using this coloring process with complementary coloring and multilayer faceting? Out of curiousity.
