Fried cheeeeese

It's so terribly obese to do, but get a Teflon pan, and a handful of mozzarella cheese (or slices, depending on shredded or ball), fried till golden brown on each side, and dipping that in pizza sauce, is awesome.

I forgot to buy my gluten free dough mix, and still wanted something vaguely pizza related without leaving again for the night. >__>

A little goes a long way too. It's so rich.

There's no oil involved. Just a frying pan that is non stick.

I like cheese. BTW, I got that throwback soda you were talking about. Haven't tried the Mountain Dew yet, but had the Pepsi. While I thought it was so similar to the 'regular' stuff to hardly warrant a difference, my room mate said that it was so good that if they kept making it that way he would switch from Diet.

If you go from drinking the corn syrup one, then swig the sugar, it's a pretty bold difference. Not everyone has the same number of taste buds though.
